Well it really depends on your face shape, not the color of hair. Also, if your hair is curly, thick, thin, that makes a difference too.

Well, I'm a 13 year old male and I'm letting my hair grow out like sk8boarding hair. It's looking good so far, BUT seeming sence your a girl, you shold atleast have your hair down to your shoulders. I don't like girls with hair like a boy. No affence. But honestly, what ever your happy with is fine! ^_^ I'm sure it will look great!
