I really dont no if i should wear my hair in an updo? Because some people think you hair looks better in an updo when you have a halter dress. Or should i wear it down and curled, or what?

I would only wear my hair down if my dress was strappless or if my hair was really short. The neckline on a halter top was meant to be shown off, and your hair will look so elegant up! Get a friend or relative to do it for you (all you need is a hair tie, a curling iron and some bobby pins) and save some money.

since you are a halter dress..

An updo is pretty much the best hair-do for those kind of dresses.

As long as it's a simple one

I would say wear it up... just because the dress will be on your neck....

it is up to the kind of event. If it a formal event or cocktail I would say updo is the best option. it not, you can wear it down.

i do not think so. i think that you should try something that looks effortless such as soft curls. it would look better on you most likely and it would be more classy since soft curls are in rt. now.

Why not try halfway? Pin up one part (like a half pony tail) and let the other flow on your shoulders and curl the ends a bit for some dramatic flair. But if you want to have your back exposed, go with the updo. If the dress is for casual use, do the half ponytail but if it's for a formal thing, do the updo with a some curls escaping and framing your face for that chic, I-just-fixed-my-hair-a-minute-ago look.
