My dark blonde hair needs highlights. What is the best 'highlighting' brand that won'

Looking for which product won't fry my hair and give a salon like highlight. Cannot do the salon now, yet still need a good effect that won't burn, scorch, nor dry my hair out. Taking out color is different than 'coloring' hair..I am afraid, but this better than nothing??hmmmm.

HELP!

Save your money until you can afford to have it done at a salon, especially since you've never done it before. You're liable to come out spotted.

I use the old fashioned lemon juice to highlight my hair, I would be nervous putting chemicals on my hair.

I'd strongly advise that you wait until you can afford a salon...highlighting isn't all that expensive...a beauty school will do crown highlights for around $25 or $30, and it's supervised by licensed instructors (the students have to have several hundred hours of experience before they can perform services anyway). That would be a lot better than trying to highlight your hair yourself...
