I was born a blonde, My hair is dyed meduim brown now, its layered and 4 inches past my shoulder. My under skintone is pinkish/blueish. I want my hair color to match my skin tone!!!

I think you should go with the 2nd hair cloour because Haylie Duff has almost the exact same skin tone as you. And the coulor would tre' chique on you =)
