I have straw-berry blonde hair should I dye my hair light brown or a darkish or medium blonde?

This is the first time I am going to dye my hair, should I get one that you do it yourself, or go into the hair dresser? Also most of my friends are always saying that they love my hair color but I just want a change but I'm not sure if it will look good on me.(And if you think I should dye it a different color just tell me!)

i think that you sshould do it at a hair dressers. And before you do it try to imagine what you will look like and how long you want the dyue to last, because there are different types. Oh yeah and take it slow dye it a like a dirty blonde, then darker and darker (if you like it !)

i had starwberry blonde hair. i recomend medium blonde. because thats what i did and it turns into a beautiful blonde color. it looks natural but not so noticeable that it looks fake.

Uhm... if you want to dye your hair the best bet is gunna be going to a hair salon. As for color I would say light to medium brown...

( I really thing you should keep it strawberry blonde and maybe get a different style cut or something... like long layers and side bangs or something interesting for a change.. it makes a big difference too!! )

Gosh, do you know how many girls would kill to be able to look natural in strawberry blonde? :P Anyway, I think your best bet is to not do a full dye, but to get some moderate or subtle lowlights (highlights will make your hair look far too bright and maybe even fake). It will look very cute. ^_^

You have a lovely head of hair already. Your friends have told you so. If you want a change go for a different style. Dyeing damages slightly and changes the texture of a girls hair(Just my opinion). Keep it luxuriant as I'm sure it is. A woman's crowning glory!

Can't really answer this question without seeing u, But I am 47 yrs old and have had a shop 4 - 19 years and doing hair for....well since my brothers freinds sat down in front of me and trusted a pair of scissors in this 15 yr olds hands. If u r just lookin 4 a change, try to stay as close to your natural color as possible. If u do too dark, when it grows, it looks like hell and trying to get the (too dark) out of your hair will be rough. How about a few highlits and lo-lights, this will make a change for you but still keep your natural hair. That way if you still want a change, u can then go darker. Remember... before you choose a color, you'll need to know what your undertone is on your natural hair,..And if you are strawberry blonde, you may have a gold undertone or maybe a red undertone. Next time u get your hair cut ask your hairdresser(only your hair dresser knows) what your undertone is . Good Luck.

dyeing your hair is a very good way to make a change for yourself, but if youre blonde and you dye your hair darker, be prepared to get a lot less attention. all of my blonde friends who went brown or black ended up dying theirs back because its depressing almost. if u really want to dye it though then go ahead, its your hair. if youre usually good at following instructions and getting stuff done right then go for they at home dye, but ive seen some bad turn outs with that so to be safe, if u can afford it, go to a beautician. hope this helped =)
