Girl, don't listen to what the other girl said about asian girl looking like she was trying too hard or something. It's just like white girls having black hair. Does that mean that they're trying too hard or something? Na right? Anyways, I'm asian myself. Specifically, I'm chinese. And I have my hair dyed blonde. It really depends on what kind of blonde your talking about. Strawberry blonde, WHITE BLONDE, honey blonde, golden blonde. There's so many. I had highlights of honey blonde with brown hair. And it looks great. I do suggest you not to dye your whole hair like white blonde cus... that's kinda ew for our skin tone. haha. Well, I wish you best of luck :)

I dont think it would suit your skin tone...but then again I dont really know if your light skinned or more olive skinned.. i really don't think it would look right. I've seen asian girls with bleach blonde hair and it looks so WEIRD and unnatural like they are trying too hard.

im asian too, and i had to bleach my hair and then dye it to get it to not look really strange. after awhile, tho it looked pretty good. not as good as it did natural but if oyu want a change that will most definitely suffice.

I'm not Asian so I don't know if I'm the source you're looking for... but I read an article in Vogue once where an Asian woman dyed her hair blonde and she got really intense (both positive and negative) reactions from people. But she was glad she did it because she had always been afraid to try something new.

I think if you feel you can handle people questioning you about your loyalty to other Asians, you should go for it! It sounds like fun. You can always dye it back down if you want.

However, get it professionally done! I can't emphasize this enough! You don't want to look ridiculous, which people sometimes do when they try to go blonde by themselves at home.

not all people are suitable for blonde, and if they don't have the right skin tone, it looks kind of fake and sometimes weird. you always look better with a hair color that looks good on your skin tone, as it flatters you more than one that doesn't

Well, it won't look natural. However, if you get the right shade of blonde, it will look very dramatic. I think platinum blonde will be a great color.

How tanned are you? If you have an "Island tanned" DON'T.. you'll just look dark. But if you're fair skinned.. I think the type of blonde should be white-blonde with a nice cut.. now that's dramatic but that'll give you a "scene" look.. if that's what you're going for. Don't go for the beachy yellow blonde -.-

It really depends if you will look like you would want to be white because if your asain features are really strong it might not look right but if there not as strong maybe.

I think asian women can look really good with blonde hair. I mean like really light almost to white-ish blonde hair. She just has to has the confidence to pull it off. As does anyone whose blonde tho.
