i have brown hair and my sister tried puttin blonde in it and its turned out to be a nutty colour brown light ginger it looks awfull how do i get rid off this im embarassed to go out, but the bad thing is i am growing my hair and its got to the stage where its quite long and i dont want to get it cut so i have to start the growing process over again, if anyone could help i would appreciate it very much

Hairdressers love people like you!! go to a salon and get their professional opinion;; you are way past the 'drugstore color' stage now!! anything else you could do yourself would just be false economy; spend the bucks, get it all done right, (whatever they recommend) and next time, pay more attention to the colors on the box!!!!!!!!!

dye your hair darker than the messed up color...

Just dye it back your natural color, or get it stripped. That way, you won't have to get it cut. Or at least not too much, as your ends will most likely be fried and need to be trimmed.

Next time you try to go blonde, by the way, try seeing a pro or bleaching first. Blonde never takes on normal unbleached hair.

go darker and next time study the color wheel b4 u choose....

also in order to go lighter u need to bleach (remove the color) not just add a box of dye

Go to the drugstore and look at the different hair dyes and pick one that is close to your natural shade. Redye your hair. I would suggest getting a good brand of dye such as Feria. It is a little more expensive but it is well worth what you pay for it.
